What kind of coffee do you use, and where do you get it from?

Our coffee of choice is an organic, forest-grown medium roast from our friends at ØNSK. If you’d prefer a lighter or darker roast for your event, just let us know!

Question 2

What type of equipment do you use, and what is your hourly serving capacity?

We use the  state of the art La Marzocco Linea Mini R.
It’s small enough to fit on our cart but powerful enough to run a marathon. With a capacity of 60 coffees per hour, we’re fully prepared for whatever you throw at us!

How much space do you need?

Our carts are two meters wide and about half a meter deep. They are compact enough to fit almost anywhere.

What do I need to provide?

Give us a regular power outlet to plug into, and we’ll handle the rest. We show up fully loaded with all the gear, milk, and beans required to caffeinate the masses.

Think of us as a café that just happens to have wheels. We’re serving up made-to-order espresso and for the non-coffee-drinkers we offer hot cocoa and chai. 
We also do Espresso Martini events.
